Having collected records for over 45 years I’ve always loved the format of the seven inch single. Following my grandma coming home one day when I was about eleven with a handful of singles rescued from ending up in the bin that was all stuff from the Sixties like the Small Faces, Kinks, Animals and Yardbirds I was hooked and been looking for them ever since. 

A disastrous fire saw nine thousand records go up in smoke a couple of years ago but thankfully still have a good few to keep me going. 

I fell into deejaying just because I had the records and have played all over the U.K and Ireland including many festivals, club nights and the legendary 100 Club in London. I’ve been involved in club nights and ran an Under A Plastic Cloud night here in Cork for several years.
