Fáilte Cork CSG
Failte Cork Community Sponsorship Group supports students resettling in Ireland through Education Pathways with the UNHCR and Nasc Migrant and Refugee Rights Centre.
The journey began with the 3 year EU PassWorld Project, creating new safe and legal pathways for forcibly displaced people with Refugee status in Uganda.
We are a voluntary group of Cork community members, students, and UCC staff. As well as direct personal and academic supports to students, we fundraise to provide a weekly stipend and cover other resettlement costs.
Join us every month to discuss the journey as one of the first 3 Higher Education CSGs in Ireland, issues we encounter, and other relevant topics. Feel free to email us with feedback or questions, and we would love to collaborate on anything you think could work!
