The four episodes would be sequenced as a journey through one of the elements (earth, air, water, fire) within the opening soundscape section. The sequence is intended to move from grounding (earth) into expansion (air), then release (water), and finally transformation (fire). Each episode would include an introduction to the theme and suggested reflections, then the soundscape which transitions into the deep listening section (predominantly gongs), followed by reflective poetry and then some lighter sound design to end.
