Rural Ireland, The Great Hunger, three farmers; Séan Dubh, Séan Dearg, and Séan Bán vs Lord Barnard.

Séan Dubh, Séan Dearg, Séan Bán try to appease the pre-christian gods in order to secure a bountiful harvest. There is only one hurdle, their landlord, the ruthless, Lord Barnard.

Seachrán Collective is a Cork based theatre troupe presenting their first original work, ‘The Deeds of Lord Barnard’ by Iarla O’Neill. Based in Rural Ireland during The Great Hunger, this somewhat black comedy promises to amuse and provoke. Performed by Iarla O’Neill, Rose Creagh and Muiris Wallace with Direction and guidance from Ciarán Murphy.
