Otherworld Ep. 1

Otherworld is a monthly folkore chat and music show, exploring tales from Ireland, Lithuania, and elsewhere.

This month, Šarūnė is joined by two guests, Ellen Flynn and Jake MM Griffin, who each bring a spooky folklore tale and a song for our listening pleasure.

Ellen Flynn is an ecologist from Cork who is currently doing a masters in sustainable development in Agri food and Co-operatives. She enjoys fish keeping and crochet. Folklore is something thats ingrained in her family history and she grew up hearing tales of fairies and the banshee. 

Jake M.M. Griffin is a multidisciplinary artist from the Northside of Cork City. His writing has been published in Southword, The Quarryman, Flotsam, Abyss, Tower and CATU, among elsewhere. Jake is currently a student of English Literature at UCC.
